You will download the Comet Remote program to your computer. You
can Download it
here.
Save it to your desktop and when it is finished downloading, double click it.
When the program launches, you will presented with a windows that looks like this -
Double click Remote Support 1 in the top left part of the
window.
This will directly connect you to Iron Comet Tech Support.
